Mezcal Peachy Keen
We’re keen on this peachy summer cocktail made with ripe peaches, refreshing mint, and Kimo Sabe Reposado.
1.5 oz. Kimo Sabe Mezcal Reposado
3 slices fresh peach
10 fresh mint leaves
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
Muddle peaches, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add Kimo Sabe Reposado, mint, ice, and shake. Strain into glass and top with sparkling water.
