A true classic, and the ingredients are super simple. Fresh lemon and lime juice, mezcal, and your choice of sweetener. We suggest agave nectar, but simple syrup, stevia, or even monk fruit works too, though you may have to play with the amounts to get the right level of sweetness level for you.

1.5 oz. Any Kimo Sabe Mezcal
.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
.75 oz. fresh lime juice
.75 oz. agave nectar


Mix all ingredients together and pour into a glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Your choice of salt or Tajin rim. Muddle in a slice of jalapeño for a spicy option.

Pineapple Mezcal Mule

This sweet and gingery combination of pineapple juice, ginger beer, and Kimo Sabe Mezcal will soothe your tropical cravings while you’re in hiding from the rest of the world. 1.5 oz. Any Kimo Sabe Mezcal
1 oz. pineapple juice
Ginger beer (any brand)


Mix pineapple juice and Kimo Sabe Mezcal of choice in a mug or glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple wedge if you’re feeling fancy!

1.5 oz. Kimo Sabe Mezcal Joven
1 oz. fresh lime juice
4 oz. Your favorite bloody mary mix

Optional: Add a splash of Tobasco or muddle in your favorite hot pepper for a spicy twist.


Mix and serve on the rocks. Garnish with a celery stick or your choice of vegetables. Salt rim optional.

Kimo Sabe Old Fashioned

This classic is seeing a comeback in recent days, and since it’s super simple to make we’ve included here. Perfect for working at home, Mad Men style. This easy to make cocktail packs a punch with 3 oz. of Kimo Sabe Mezcal. It’s a fan-favorite recipe and can be customized using your favorite bitters.

3 oz. Kimo Sabe Reposado or Añejo Mezcal
1 tsp. agave nectar
Bitters to taste


Build in a rocks glass and stir. Garnish with an orange rind.
